Rob Ennema is part of the Partner Relations/Fundraising team at Crossroads. Rob has been working with Crossroads since 2012. He and his wife Karen help with the youth ministry at their local church in Brantford, Ontario, while also home schooling their four young boys throughout the week.

Rob enjoys meeting with friends of Crossroads and hearing their stories of God’s faithfulness while also sharing the needs and goals of the ministry. His kind and thoughtful approach of informing those he meets about current initiatives within the ministry is very pleasant. Rob is proactive about understanding Gifts of Securities, Bequests, Annuities, Gifts of life Insurance, and Gifts in your Estate; he is well-equipped to inform those he meets of their best avenues to support.

Bev Hadland

Bev Hadland is the Outreach Ambassador for Crossroads/100 Huntley Street. She travels across Canada with a message of hope and healing as well as giving a voice to our First Nations people. In his 1985 interview with Bev, David Mainse opened the door to invitations for her to speak nationally which has developed into an international ministry. More recently, in April 2016, David, Ron and Ann Mainse prayed over Bev as she prepared for her new ambassadorial role with Crossroads. She is the best- selling author of three books, with the fourth on the way entitled ‘Ask Me, I’ve Been There’. Among many accolades, Bev was named ‘Woman of the Year’ by REAL Women of Canada in 2003 for her pro family activities. She’s also an ordained minister with Anchor Ministries, a non-denominational church organization. With over thirty years of experience working and speaking with teens, Bev exemplifies the Generation to Generation focus of 100 Huntley Street.

Arlene Reemeyer

Arlene Reemeyer has committed to dedicating her expertise and heart to helping Crossroads donors plan how we can steward our resources to benefit the Kingdom. A long-time advocate and supporter of Youth ministry, she has continued to volunteer as committee chair with Youth for Christ. Arlene acknowledges the challenge of how to both leave an inheritance to our loved ones and be accountable for what we’ve been given. She is dedicated to making this process a seamless one for all.

Prior to Crossroads, Arlene fulfilled a long term of business management. She has held positions in operations, human resources, sales, distribution, procurement and inventory management. Arlene’s passion for empowering others to be successful in their vocations remains priority. When she is not hard at work, the mother of 3 adult children enjoys cycling, hiking and getting out her tools to play weekend warrior and tackle home projects.

Robert Melnichuk

Robert Melnichuk has served in leadership for over 25 years in both faith-based and marketplace positions. Graced with a unique calling in Communications, Robert has been privileged to express the Christian worldview across various mediums. Some of the highlights thus far include:

    • Working as a teaching co-host weekly over WDCX radio;
    • Serving as host and Executive Producer of “whatido” (program focused on profiling the fulfillment of vocational calling in the workplace) &
    • Hosting and producing “Let’s Talk” designed to engage a live audience in current cultural issues.

 

Currently, Robert has combined his ministry and Communications expertise to serve as Director of Western Canada for YES TV and Crossroads. Under his leadership, YES TV continues to expand its media presence in Western Canada. Robert also serves in development for Crossroads by creating and participating in both partner and major donor events. He continues to represent 100 Huntley Street from time to time, interviewing guests in Western Canada about their faith journeys.

Apart from work, Robert spends all of his time with Cindy, visiting family, routine physical fitness and keeping current on the church, marketplace and world events.
